Phil has over 20 years of experience in the digital analytics industry. His accomplishments include leading enterprise-wide deployment and analytics insights at Bell Atlantic and co-founding the professional services practice at NetGenesis, one of the first web analytics software firms. As one of the earliest proponents for the use of analytics to guide digital strategy and tactics, Phil authored The Executive's Guide to Web Site Measurement and Testing, and was the lead analyst for the CMSWatch Web Analytics Report.
Most recently, Phil led strategic client digital transformation programs at Semphonic and Ernst and Young (EY). At Semphonic, a boutique digital analytics practice, he focused on building out the government and strategy practices that contributed to the firm's acquisition by Ernst and Young (EY) in 2013. At EY, he led engagements that focused on integrating organizational digital analytics into enterprise business operations and processes.
